Room 1 Sunnybrae Normal School 2014. Friday, 21 November 2014. I went to the hall. I saw Bryan and Bobby. Bryan told us about wearing a seat belt. Bryan taught us the seat belt song. I like the seat belt song. I like Bobby because he likes me. Thursday, 20 November 2014. In buddy class I made a snowman. It was a funny looking snowman. Wednesday, 19 November 2014. I like T ball too. T ball is good for you. I hit the baseball and I ran to the base. Tuesday, 18 November 2014.
Room 14 Sunnybrae Normal School 2014. Sunday, 7 December 2014. Safe Walking with Constable Harwood. Last week, Constable Harwood came to school and reminded us about being safe on and near the road. At the crossing do not cross when the red man is flashing. Watch out for sneaky driveways. Look carefully when you cross the street. If you stand behind a parked car, you cannot be seen. Walk on the safest part. Monday, 24 November 2014. Look at what we learned.
Friday, 5 December 2014. On Wednesday we went for a walk with Constable Harwood and showed him what we have learnt about being safe near the road. The first thing we talked about was ALWAYS using the footpath at school and leaving the driveway for cars. When we got to the lights Constable Harwood reminded us that we must not cross if the red man is lit up, and when we cross we need to keep looking up and down the street. Thursday, 27 November 2014. Tuesday, December 09, 2014. We were learning about traffic. We went into the playground and we watched some cars. We had to tick the paper. We saw 99 cars and 1 truck and no motorbikes. We went for 4 minutes. We coloured the cars in. Thursday, December 04, 2014. We learned about car safety and we learned about sneaky driveways. We have to stop when the cars come.
